Take care and stay just the way you are.

Just want to say the concerts in Bonn and Cologne were brilliant. Can't make up my mind, which one was better. Like the new set list very much, although I miss 'Falling', one of my favourites since Kulturkirche 2008. I hope the Runrig sabbatical in 2011 gives you time to come up with some new songs and hopefully present them in Germany. I would really like to have a live CD. Is that a wish that could be fulfilled?
Keep rocking, Jessie

...what a cosy atmosphere at Rosenhof for a "b-day serenade" on Sunday! Even if I have to admit I was really worried to see so little people in this venue, I was just taken away with a great atmosphere, fine sound and a band that's 100 % doing it's job - even if the boys almost forgot to take poor Ida with them on stage again for the enocre...;-).
Stay tuned and get by safe and sound!

Dear Bruce,
it's so good to know that you drop by off and on, despite your tight schedule ...
Regarding the “volume” issue, you are definitely right! I was seated (happily) in the 2nd row, so I got the full blast *lol*! But, no matter what, tomorrow night in Aschaffenburg, I will try again to get as close to the stage as possible – just can’t get enough of your music!

Can’t wait for the next ten hours to pass …

Regards & take care, Bruce!

Dear Bruce,

my friends and I had a great time at your concert in the Rosenhof in Osnabrueck last night. I loved every song you played! It was definitely worth bringing our flags and borrowing the Keith's-T-Shirt from my husband...:-)!
Thank you so much and please come back to the area soon!

Hallo,
Mach weiter so!

Hi Bruce,
thanks for a great show at the "Blues Garage" last Saturday. You and the boys/girl were ace! Nothing to complain about the sound and your version of "Before you accuse me" was amazing!

Cheers,
Gabriele & J.J.

Hi everyone, thank you for your comments and support. Re the sound issues, you must understand that all venues are not "perfect" for sound and sometimes where you sit plays a great roll in how you hear the sound. In many venues if you want to be in the front row the main house speakers tend to blow by you and you end up hearing more of the instrument you are seated in front of, be that bass or guitar or whatever. I do know this, we have one of the best sound men in the business, so if there is a sound issue, it is most likely to be either the house PA not being up to par, or where you are seated/standing. 99% of the feed back we get on sound is positive BUT sometimes I understand the cards don't fall the right way. Hope u understand.
Cheers

I’m afraid I have to say, the sound (especially the bass) in Ballerup/DK was also cranked up way too much – at least for my taste!!! I think, Bruce, a gifted singer like you doesn’t need this at all. Your beautiful voice should always be given priority, and the band ought to support you, not the other way ‘round.
I very much hope, next week in Aschaffenburg/Bavaria, and also in Baden-Baden, the volume will be more apt to the venue…

Anyway, Bruce, how about a LIVE CD or even DVD??? With all your wonderful songs you’ve never included in one of your CDs so far…

Regards,
Iris

-The road home is always long-
Thank you for your songs, your laughs, your smiles and the brilliant way the songs has been re-arranged sort of speak:-)It's always a pleasure to see what you come up with and the songs this time were right on spot. Stone by Stone nearly had me falling off my chair, esp the choir part. And So small, dammit...... see, I have no idea how to put down in words how AMAZING you did that one. It's one of those songs in life that once you hear it it's hard to forget!!! I hope you know that!
So for now, I will wish you and the band a safe journey and enjoy the moments you are given. And put your feet up once in a while and relax:-)))) 9 weeks are a long time!
Take care and godspeed
All the best and more
Britta
